This ancient drawing depicts current Interstate Routes in Connecticut. I should really update it :-)

The routes for Connecticut's three primary interstate highways (I-84, I-91, and I-95) follow what was laid out in 1944 as the nation's system was being planned. However, there have been a few changes over the years, especially as the three-digit loops and spurs are concerned.

• Primary Interstates: I-84, I-91, I-95
• Existing 3-digit Interstates: I-291, I-384, I-395, I-684, I-691
• Renumbered Interstates: I-82, I-86, I-87, I-290
• Cancelled 3-digit Interstates: I-284, I-484, I-491
