I-590  New York (link)

5.31 miles [1]; from I-390 to I-490 in Rochester. Continues as NY 590 to NY 104 (formerly US 104, but that's another site). NY 590 continues as a surface street to Sea Breeze. (Neil Kelly).

Parts of I-590 (then marked NY 47) date back to the mid-1960s. NY 47 was decommissioned on March 18, 1980, [3] which might be the start date for I-590; in any case, it was not part of the Interstate Highway system in 1978. [2]

New York also continues same-numbered state routes for interstates I-390, I-481, I-690, and I-787.
